GENERAL
- for any other additional questions/information, contact me via twitter.
- Please include visual references and a description (Color palettes, desired elements, inspirations). More info the better.
- You may compile your references in a PDF, I can send an example to you.
- I can draw OCs, anime characters, fanarts, chibis, and NSFWs
- I won’t draw sci-fis, guns, furries, and mechas
- The prices I have specified are only guidelines.
- Price may change depending on the details of a piece
- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, please don't take it personallyPAYMENTS
- Payments in invoice will be in PHP. If this can't be done please inform me.
- Payments can be either paid in full or payment plans
- For payment plans, I will only start once the payment is 30% paid.REVISIONS
- You may ask for major revision up to 3 times.
- Any additional revision will be charged 8usd unless it is the artist's fault.
- I will be sure to inform you how long it will take before starting. If delays arise, I will inform you immediately
- I will send a full resolution artwork when the commission is complete.

- ETA for my illus are 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity.
- ETA for my emotes are 3 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity.
- Rush orders are 3 weeks ETA, I will request 60% additional the price of my commission.
- For a 1 week ETA, I will request double the price of my commission.

- ETA for my VTuber models are 2-3 months.
- Rush orders are 1 month ETA. I will request 60% additional the price of my commission.

- Regarding the artwork, I reserve every right to the commissioned work as any other artwork. not the client.For Non-Commercial Use
- You are not permitted to use the work for promotional purposes, marketing purposes, and earning money from the art in any way possible.
- Keep in mind that you have to credit me as the original artist of the commissioned work.
- Do not claim the art as your own.
- I have rights to include the work in my portfolio and for advertising of my commissioned works.
- If it is a fanart, I may sell it during conventions.
- If you break the copyright infringement, any right you've received will be retracted.For Commercial Use
- I do not ask any additional fee for Commercial usage for MVs. I ask to be informed if it will be used for any commercial purpose for me to properly price you. I usually ask 1.5x the original price.
- Once you have chosen this option, you are free to sell it as a keychain, sticker, acrylic, etc.
- You are now permitted to use the work for promotional purposes, marketing purposes, and earning money from the art in any way possible.
- Keep in mind that you have to credit me as the original artist of the commissioned work.

- If you break the copyright infringement, any right you've received will be retracted.REFUNDS
- Commissions are non-refundable and can't be cancelled once we are past the sketch phase.
- If you decide to cancel during the sketch phase, I will keep 15% of the payment i should have received. The commissioner does not have the rights to the progress sketch I have made.COMMUNICATION
